普思電子有限公司 PCB Specialist Major Job Responsibilities § PCB technical resource to support Pulse worldwide design centers on PCB component design. § PCB raw material Standardization & Development. § PCB Raw material qualification and component database maintenance. § Technical support to sourcing team on new supplier localization. § Work with supplier for new material development and material performance improvement. § Plant support to resolve PCB related technical issues. § White paper publication on PCB quarterly. Qualifications § Bachelor Degree, Major in Material Engineering. Master or PHD is a plus. § About 10 years experience in PCB engineering field. § Be expert at PCB design, layout, manufacture process and related technical issues solution, especial to surface treatments including ENIG, EG, HASL, etc. § Familiar with all raw material basic theory of PCB § Good PC skill, familiar with office software and PCB relevant software (CAD, Pro/E, Power PCB…) § Good command of English speaking and writing § Good communication skills, ability to communicate with Pulse worldwide members. § Familiar with Magnetic components design is also a plus. § Work under stress, and independent problem-solving skills |
