Performance reviews and work arrangement will be determined by the electronic team leader and R&D manager. Remuneration and any changes in job level or scope will be determined by General Manager in MSC. Scope of Work: The electronic design engineer’s work scope will be new product development, quality improvement or product cost reduction. The relevant products include power tool switches (AC &DC), standard switches, sensors and control units.
